Have you reached a level of success and you feel like you’re either getting the same results over and over again, your results are plateauing or, even worse, they’re on a decline?
If you’ve hit a ceiling and you don’t know how to uplevel – this is for you. You’ll finally understand and you’ll know exactly what to do to move past this phase. I’ve cracked WHY we hit ceilings at different points in our business. Today I’m breaking down exactly what’s happening, why you need to pay attention to your nervous system and how I would approach this situation if you were my client.
If you’re feeling stagnant, things aren’t blowing up in your business and you want to surge past your goals, you need to know this. It isn’t a magic pill, strategy, or a viral trending audio – the power to uplevel lies with you.
Let’s break it down.
So, you’ve hit ceilings in your business before and you’ve smashed through them.
But now, you’ve found yourself at a new plateau and you can’t move forwards.
Cast your mind back. The last time you had a big period of growth, what were you doing then? It’s likely that in order to initiate this level of growth in your income, sales or personal development, you invested in personal development or a coach, you went to an event, you changed up your routine or maybe worked on your mindset or started breathwork. As a result of these actions, you were able to reach where you’re currently at in your business. It helped you climb the first mountain.
So, you’re at the peak of the first mountain, and instead of looking at everything you’ve achieved, you’re looking up at what’s to come. You’re carrying everything you used on the first mountain and you’re trying to use them on the second mountain and it’s not working. Your chisels aren’t strong enough to break through the rocks, your ropes aren’t strong enough to take you up.
How can this be? “It worked the first time”, you think to yourself.
The answer doesn’t lie in your strategy or tools – you need to look within.
From a nervous system perspective, it’s calibrated to the things you’ve already done. The personal development or coach you invested in, the event you went to, the routine you switched up, the mindset, confidence and breathwork you focused on – yes, all these things felt scary and exciting at one point because your nervous was expanding but now, you’ve reached the top of the mountain and your nervous system has calibrated to these things. They don’t feel exciting, they feel habitual. You’re no longer growing form these things. And that’s where the penny drops.
In order to climb up the second mountain, something needs to CHANGE in order to EXPAND. Your nervous system NEEDS to recalibrate to a HIGHER LEVEL.
