There’s so many people talking about big launches and the energetics, but nobody is really giving the strategy. That’s where I step in. I’m sharing the tangible steps to take in order to have a wildly successful launch and the BTS of my recent $45K launch…
In July I was selling my IDGAF Confidence & Business Mastermind. This is a 3 month mastermind designed to help business owners skyrocket their visibility and sales through fierce AF content, lets fucking go confidence and seamless cash strategies.
Here are 4 key things I did to create a $45K launch:
When you are looking to create a big launch, your product really, realy matters. You can’t just throw anything out there and expect people to buy it. You have to spend time really considering your product so you know you are getting people the most incredible transformation, in the fastest amount of time, in the most fun way. Think about how to put this together. Remember, it’s not about looking at how other people are creating it.
When I created IDGAF, I did a lot of market research to really understand my audiences’ needs and problems, and where the in the market was. It’s so important to create a product that you know will work because you’ve done the research, and also that you are SO EXCITED to deliver.
Give yourself another time to go through the difference phases of your launch. For me this looked like giving myself enough time in…
The ‘visibility’ phase (talking about business strategy, problem awareness content, sewing the seeds)
The ‘tease’ phase (to get people excited)
The launch event (my Fierce AF Content Masterclass)
The open cart early bird phase (1.5 weeks)
The official open cart (4 weeks)
The wrap up stage (2 weeks, a buffer for any last minute Lucy’s)
When you are launching, think big. You’re not just launching this one offer, it brings attention to EVERYTHING you are doing.
Sales from my IDGAF launch period = £36,000. However, IDGAF sales were just a slice of this financial pie. Off the back of my IDGAF launch, I had multiple 1:1 sign-ups (18,000), B2B (£2,800) invitations to be guest expert/ co-coach within their masterminds and VIP days (£1,200).
So, sell multiple things at once, have lots of conversations with people, get people on discovery calls. This isn’t about getting people to buy the offer that you’re currently launching. It’s about getting people in the BEST possible product for THEM. It’s about meeting the needs of lots of different people.
This stat surprised me – 65% of the income from this launch came from existing clients. That means £24,000 came from existing clients.
This goes to show that it is SO IMPORTANT to retain your clients. How? You give them the best experience that they could ever imagine.
Understanding what my clients need enabled this to happen. From the conversations I’d had, I knew IDGAF would be a perfect fit for so many. Creating an incredible brand repudiation is so important because it means clients will come back to you again, and again, and again.
I see so many service providers who are ‘one and done’. They churn their clients. To me, this is a big NO. The most important focus is delivering and creating incredible transformations for the clients you already have. I have clients who have been with me for YEARS!
Work on messaging and content that does the hard work for you. If you’re spending hours creating content, you’re doing it wrong. An Instagram post should be taking you 10 minutes. When you have fierce AF content that speaks to your audience, portrays your confidence, energy and authority, the creation content will come so naturally.
