Unshakable Belief = Unstoppable Results

Today we are talking about confidence and how to truly believe in yourself so you can create unstoppable results (whether you’re in the corporate world or have your own business). 

As you read this, I want you to peel back the layers to understand to truly understand who you are at your core. What do love about yourself? What lights you up? What are you good at? What are your values? Where do you see your life going?

Now, get crystal clear on the beliefs holding you back. What are the stories you tell yourself? Do any of these sound familiar… “I couldn’t possibly make my own money”, “I couldn’t work for myself”, “what if it all goes wrong?”, “what if I have success and then it goes away?”. Now you’ve uncovered all of this, it’s time to energetically release them. 

The process that I use with my clients has seen life changing results. It’s not about doing something once and jumping straight back into your comfort zone and feeling exhausted. This process is about stretching your comfort zone 1-2% every few days, and then over the course of the year your nervous system and confidence can expand so much that you feel completely unrecognisable in 12 months. 

When you do the work to uncover the limitations, beliefs and ceilings you’re placing on yourself, incredible things start to happen. 

When you start to plug in to spaces where there are no limitations, where you truly believe you can make your entire annual salary in 4 weeks, the magic starts to happen. That magic cannot happen UNLESS you create unshakeable belief in yourself. 

There is a version of you in the very near future (if you choose to claim it) that has everything you want – the money, the career, the business… but only if you choose to do the work on yourself first. 

It’s confidence and mindset first, and strategy second. Yes, the strategy can help, but think of the strategy as the little sprinkles on the cake. If you don’t have the foundations set, you’re building a business on sand.

How to create unshakeable confidence: 

• Identify where you are playing small so that you can shift and change it. What is the inner narrative that you keep hearing over and over again? 

• Use a form of subconscious or conscious work to unearth these beliefs and rewire what you believe to be true about yourself (I do this with my clients through breathwork).

• Choose kindness and compassion always. We’re not going to 110% our best selves everytime. Give yourself some grace. This is a journey, and it’s not always linear. This is going to be the thing that catapults you to success. As you start to trust your worth, the narrative starts to hit, but only when you talk to yourself in a kinder and compassionate way.
